Everyone likes food, right?   Well anyway the organizers of this page do.  So here are our contributions to the fattening up of the world.  The best recipes we could find. 

As you might have noticed this web site is based in Mexico.  So these pages are for Gringos living in the US and Gringos living in Mexico.  We have lots of Mexican recipes and lots of just plain good recipes that only call for things found in Mexico.    

The recipes are divided into 4 sections all with their own frames with the names on the left side and the recipes on the right so you can switch back and forth.  We also have some Spanish/English cooking terms as most of these are not found in the standard English/Spanish dictionaries. 

Mexican Recipes
This is a collection of Mexican and Tex-Mex recipes.  This is a real collection of a variety of foods leaning more towards the simple then the fancy.   This collection will be growing rapidly so stop back often.

Wendy's  Favorites
These are the tried and true recipes that my family really like  accumulated over the years. Includes recipes for parties, main dishes, salad dressings, deserts and many other things.  These are not Gourmet dishes.   These are the kind that taste good and you will make time and time again.   Every recipe in this section I have made myself and Love.   

Bread Machine Recipes
These are the ABM recipes I have collected, I love making fresh bread.  There are not a lot of recipes here but the ones that are here are worth making many times.  In this section I have tested every recipe and contains only my favorites. 

Party/Picnic/BBQ Foods  
This is a neat collection of party and picnic foods.  I love to entertain and at each party, I host, I try 2 different new things.  This is a collection of what I think are the winners.
