2 lb Chuck Roast* Place roast or meat in slow cooker, pour onion soup mix,
onion and mushroom soup over meat and cook for 6-8 hours on Low. * Original Recipe called for a chuck roast. But, I have always used
cut up chunks of meat.

1 10oz Can Mushroom Soup Mix
1/2 Sliced Onion
