Chicken and Ramen Noodles

This is an excellent dish.  My favorite Ramen Noodle dish.  Its very good and very easy to prepare.  In the picture I used Frozen Chinese veggies that I purchased at Sams Club.  You can use almost any veggies.  I think I prefer corn and peas the best.  But using different veggies keeps the recipe fresh you don't tired of having the same thing. 

 

 

2 tea Olive Oil
3 Chicken Breast 1/2's cut into bite size pieces
2 cloves  garlic
2 cups Water
2 pkgs  Ramen Chicken noodles
2 tea  Dried Italian Seasoning
3 cups Fresh or frozen veggies.

Heat oil and brown the chicken and garlic. Stir in 2 cups water, the seasoning pkgs from the soup mixes, the Italian seasoning and the veggies. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 2-3 minutes (if using fresh veggies cook until ready) gently break each block of noodles and add to the mix, bring to boil, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until noodles are cooked.

   Try it with some soy sauce.  I like it
