Chocolate
Chip Cheesecake Crust 2 Cups Crushed Chocolate chip Cookies (use your food processor) Cheesecake In a small bowl combine cookie crumbs and sugar, stir in the butter. Press onto the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of a 9 1/2 or 10 inch spring form pan, set a side. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs beating on low until just combined. Add sour cream, vanilla and chips beat until just blended. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen. Cool 1 hour longer, then refrigerate over night. Remove the sides of the pan and if desired sprinkle some additional chips over the top of the cake. From Taste of Home |
