Chorizo and Eggs

Chorizo is THE Mexican Sausage.  There is only one Sausage in Mexico and its Chorizo.   The easist way to describe it, is to say that it is a pork sausage with chili powder added to it.  But the flavor is more then the sum of its parts.  In other words it tastes better then it sounds. 

To make Chorizo and eggs, take the skin off the Chorizo, crumble the sausage and brown in a frying pan, drain off any fat and add some eggs mix well and cook.  It has a flavor all its own. Very good
