Cream Cheese Dressing for
Fresh Fruit
8 ounces cream cheese -- softened
(227gm)
3 tablespoons powdered sugar -- (50mL)
2 tablespoons light cream -- (25mL)
2 tablespoons orange liqueur --
(25mL)
Or 1 tbsp.
undiluted frozen orange juice concentrate (15mL)
Beat all ingredients together until light.
Mound on a combination of fresh fruit, such as apricots, Strawberries and grapes.
