Gelatina de Helado
2 cups of boiling water Boil the water and add to the Jell-O, stir until dissolved. Add the entire can of fruit including juice to Jell-O stir well. Add the ice cream and stir until totally dissolved. Place in a mold or dish and cool. I made it with the peaches and it tastes something like a cream sickle.
