 Meatballs with Tomato Sauce
This is one of three Meatball recipes.  My favorite.  I make this often.  But I don't measure out anything, I just dump a bit of this and a bit of that.  It tastes slightly different every time.  But it makes a great main course, sandwiches, etc.

Make up some meatballs or shake some out of the bag you purchased at Sams Club.

If you are making fresh meatballs brown them in a bit of oil.

Recipe for USA

Add 2 cans of Tomato Soup  (not creamy type)
Add 1 can of chopped/diced tomatoes
1 Tablespoon of chili powder
1 Tablespoon of Paprika

Recipe if you live in Mexico

1 Can of Campbells Tomato Soup
2 Bricks 350gm La Costena Diced Tomato
2 bricks 350gm Del Fuerte Pure De Tomate
1 Tablespoon of chili powder
1 Tablespoon of Paprika

Bring to a boil and then let simmer for 20 minutes

Notes.   when you add the soup, put a bit of water in the cans to clean them out and add that to the pan, but do not fill them up fully.  Just about 1/4 of the way.  If you can find it Campbells Zesty Tomato soup is the best.  (its difficult to find) You can use cream of Tomato but its a much milder flavor.  I prefer Non creamy soups for this.  About 15 minutes into the cooking try it and if you want it a bit more spicy add some more chili powder.  (different brands have different strengths) I don't measure this I just shake out a pile in the middle and mix it in and taste it.....
