Meatballs with White
Sauce 2 Cans (10 oz) Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup 2 Cans (10 oz) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 Can (12 oz) Evaporated Milk Minced fresh Parsley Brown meatballs (about 2 lbs of hamburger or meatballs) or
shake out of the package you purchased at Sams Club. (grin) Place in a 3 quart baking
dish. In a bowl mix soups and milk until smooth (note do not dilute the soups) pour over
meatballs. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour. Sprinkle with parsley. This is a great recipe. It was originally in
Taste of Home. Simple yet has a really good taste. |
