Rice Pudding I really like rice pudding and this is my favorite recipe. Its
a bit more difficult then many recipes but I think the extra work is worth the
bother. 1/2 cup Uncooked Rice Preheat the oven to 400. Put all except
vanilla and Raisins into a pan on top of the stove. Cook on low until the rice is
practically done (aprox 1 hour) Stir Occasionally. Pour into 3 or 4 quart casserole. Add
vanilla and fold in the raisins. Bake for 10 minutes, stir. Do this 3 times. Take out
after it has browned the fourth time.
2 qts Milk
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1 Tab Butter
2 tea Vanilla
1/2 cup Raisins
