Spinach Salad

This is a nice Spinach salad.  Something different from the normal hot bacon dressing.  Tastes great the next day.

2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tea lemon juice
2 tea soy sauce
1 tea sugar
1 tea dry mustard
1/2 tea curry powder
1/2 tea salt
1/2 tea seasoned pepper
1/2 tea garlic powder
1 package 10 oz  Spinach
5 bacon strips cooked and crumbled
2 hard boiled eggs sliced.

1 bottle of artichoke hearts.

Combine first 10 ingredients in a jar, cover tightly and shake well.  Place spinach in a large salad bowl. Cut up the artichokes and spread over the salad.  Just before serving, pour dressing over the spinach and toss lightly.  Garnish with the bacon and eggs.
