Eggs with Tuna

This is a real change of pace.  It tastes good. Its easy to make and its different. 

You take a can of tuna Fish (in oil) in a small 8 inch frying pan and heat it for a few minutes.  Then you take two eggs and put them in a bowl and mixed them up.  Then pour the eggs gently over the tuna.  Let it cook until firm then turn it over and cook the other side.  Best served this with some beans and chilies.  

I am not a fish person, but I took a bite of this and it had a real nice flavor.
