  Vanilla Yogurt Raisin Bread
   

   2/3  cup    raisins -- (see directions)
   3      tablespoons   vanilla -- (see directions)
   2      tablespoons   water -- (see directions)
   1      cup Yogurt -- vanilla flavor note vanilla flavor not plain!
   3      tablespoons   butter or oil
   3      cups  bread flour
   1      teaspoon  salt
   2      tablespoons   sugar
   2      teaspoons   active dry yeast

Soak the raisins in the vanilla for at least one hour. Drain the raisins well, reserving the vanilla. If you wish, you may combine the reserved vanilla with water to make up the indicated water measurement . Combine yogurt and water/vanilla mixture and heat so that it is slightly warm. (not hot). Add yogurt mixture to bread pan followed by other Ingredients (except raisins) as directed for your machine. Select baking cycle and start machine. Add raisins at "beep" or at time appropriate for your
machine.
