Eggs with Salsa

 

  2 or 3 small Tomatoes
  2 or 3 small fresh green chili's (serrano)
  2 eggs

Take the tomatoes and the chilies and put in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil.  Boil 5 minutes.  Then place the veggies in a blender and puree, add water as needed to bring to a saucy condition.  Return to the pan and simmer gently while you, scramble the eggs.

Place the eggs on a plate and cover with the salsa.   Serve with beans and tortillas.
