This is not an earthshaking problem, but
I don't think I'm the only one who has it, due to the mineral content of our
water. If anyone else has the problem of stains in the toilet, which make it
look dirty, try this.
I just got it clean for the first time in years with DeSox, desmanchador de
oxido para pescinas. There's a picture of a dolphin on the label, and it's
available at pool supply stores. It's used to clean tiles at the water level
in swimming pools. Using rubber gloves, line the bowl with paper towels soaked
in the liquid and leave them there for half an hour. Then scrub with a green
ScotchBrite pad.

I learnt about a place where they sell
cartridges without a brand name. I have an Epson 062 , I am buying my
cartuchos there for more then 2 years and had never any trouble with them !
Before I bought my ink at Taurus, one black, one color for more than 500
Pesos. I pay now for these Non-Brand Name Cartridges for the two 260 Pesos
and keep my printer, my fingers and my mind clean.The
funny little shop, with a sign outside (and where they sell refrescos as well
) is in Calle Cuauhtemoc.(not to be confused with Ave. Cuauhtemoc !!)
nearly opposite the enterance of the Hospital INOVAMED) a view hoses up that
street.

Recently we had to replace some beams, repaint and cut them to size. The highest
quote we had was $7,000 pesos and the lowest was $3,800. However, we got it done
by an excellent tradesman from Yautapec for $2,100 paces. He not only cut them
to size, but first applied termite poison, then
the base paint and finally, the "brillo". We not only saved quite a bit of
money but got excellent workmanship and are well satisfied with the job.
It seems that if we get workers from the surrounding areas, they are half
the price that Cuernavaca workers demand. Well, maybe it just seems that way .

changed the name. Services are still the same. You can get a
mail box here and mail from the US is forwarded to it. They also send
